The Progressive Monarchist Party of Barmenia (PMP) strives to usher in the establishment of a monarchical system, fused with socialist ideals, in Barmenia, for the benefit of promoting culture and ensuring a great wellbeing for all. The PMP supports the following tenets: + Establishment of a Constitutional Monarchy + Substantial tax on the most wealthy citizens + An economy based on socialist ideals + An adequate living wage + Legalization/regulation of cannabis + An effective free, public healthcare system + An effective public education & transport system + Freedom of the press, speech, communication, and religion + Equal rights for LGBT persons, minorities, and citizens in general + Conservation of the environment + Promotion of alternative energy sources + Guarantee of basic living essentials (Clean water, housing, food, clothing) + Promotion of reproductive rights for women + Social Security + Streamlined process for immigration + Aid to foreign nations + Participation in supranational organisations + Participation in foreign treaties/agreements + High government investment in scientific research |
