Details
Nation[?]: Kingdom of Hutori (Hutori)
Seats[?] in House of Parliament[?]: 0
Color[?]:
Description[?]:
The Reform Party seeks to diverge itself from the traditional left and right, seeking practical solutions for Hutori's social problems that are based on market solutions. We believe that with state coordination, the market will be able to serve the public good and can do much to solve the many issues that permeate the political consciousness of the nation. Our Program: 1. Use the state to coordinate the market in all areas of life, ranging from education to health care to the environment and beyond. That way, market forces can be used for the greater good. 2. Give protections for Hutori's worst off based on income, not racial or ethnic identity. 3. In times of hardship, use a stimulus program to jumpstart the economy and incentivize private jobs through subsidies. 4. Hutori must always have its budget balanced in the name of fiscal responsibility, even if that entails reducing the budget for social programs. 5. Reform Hutori's education system by removing the state's grip on non-state education, giving breathing room for charter schools and private schools. 6. Use international institutions to help out Terra's poorest regions and ensure human rights at home. 7. Support non-partisan redistricting commissions to ensure free and fair elections. 8. When it comes to the relations between labor and capital, the Reform Party supports the organization of both workers and employers into corporate syndicates, whose power can be used at the negotiating table. |

Random fact: The people in your nation don't like inactive parties. When you often abstain from voting for a bill, they will dislike your party and your visibility to the electorate will decrease significantly. Low visibility will means you are likely to lose seats. So keep in mind: voting Yes or No is always better than Abstaining. |
