Partiya Xweseriya Demokratîk Democratic Autonomy Party Abbreviation: PXD Flag: https://i.postimg.cc/FsddwwZ6/PXD-Flag.png Founded: 5022 Political Position: Left-wing Founder: Raman Berdar _____________________________________________________ The Partiya Xweseriya Demokratîk (Democratic Autonomy Party) is a left-wing libertarian socialist and democratic confederalist political party in Barmenia. The PXD espouses principles of democratic confederalism, direct democracy and socialism. The party supports progressive social policies, believing in gender equality, recognition of trans-people and LGBTQ+ rights. The PXD also supports allowing easy entry for immigrants into the country and providing integration aid. The party is critical of nationalism and supports the formation of a multi-ethnic federated democracy, based on the principles of direct democracy, democratic confederalism and libertarian socialism. It supports political pluralism, free speech and is opposed to any form of authoritarianism, including state socialism. When it comes to economic policy, the PXD espouses an anti-capitalist stance. The party supports workers' self-management, decentralising and collectivising the economy. It seeks to empower workers' and trade unions. The PXD supports environmentalist policies, like promoting green energy, reducing reliance on cars by increasing public transport and restricting industrial pollution. It is also supportive of paramilitary units and the right to own firearms.
