Details
Nation[?]: Repubblica Istaliana (Istalia)
Seats[?] in Camera dei Deputati (Chamber of Deputies) [?]: 0
Color[?]:
Description[?]:
Ecclesia Militans in Istalia was founded to combat the the rising tide of secularism in Istalian society. Secularism, being a path well traveled, has only shown itself to be a path that leads the collapse of morality and ultimate destruction of society. Though Ecclesia Militans in Istalia is associated with the Orthodox Catholic Church, it is open to people of all faiths, provided they have Istalian citizenship. Statement of belief: 1) We believe firmly in all the truths proclaimed by the Orthodox Catholic Church, given to all humanity by Jesus Christ, carefully handed down through both sacred tradition and sacred scriptures. We proclaim all truths contained in the Athanasian Creed, the Nicean Creed, the Apostle's Creed, and the Creed of Pope Pius IV. 2) We believe that a well formed Monarchy is the most perfected form of government, and when subordinate to the laws to God, is most suited to protecting the rights of man. 3) We believe that the Distributist system of economics is best suited to give a truly equal economic forum for humanity. Capitalism, Communism, and the hybrid of the two, Socialism, have all failed at this task miserably. 4) We believe in the sanctity of human life and the dignity of the human person. We believe all things which violate these truths are evils in society. As such, abortion, euthanasia, and pornography should be outlawed as soon as possible. 5) We believe that taxation can be used as an instrument of tyranny in the hands of government, and thus should be limited as much as possible. |
