**Selucian Party of Social Democrats (2690-Present)** Party Chairwoman: Selene Thentena Party Vice Chairman: Jacques François Bontécou **Democratic Majority (2633-2669) and Centrist Party (2669-2690)** Last Party Chairman: David Yeltzid 2669-2690............Party Vice Chairman from 2658-2669 ..............Lived: 2630-2690 Last Party Vice Chairman: James Carter 2669-2690..............Lived: 2645-2690 Former Party Leaders Party Chairwoman: Amy Scheluch 2658-2669 ..........Imperator from 2658-2669 ............Party Vice Chairwoman from 2633-2658 ..............Lived: 2603-2690 Party Chairwoman: Jennie Hoaum 2633-2658 ..........Imperator from 2637-2658............ Lived: 2600-2682 We are a Center-Left party, and consider ourselves Social Democrats. We believe in a strong safety net, individual freedom, moderate devolution, internationalism, and the separation of religion from the state. We are a part of the multi-partisan organization, SARAH. After the change in ideology, the Democratic Majority\'s base began to crumble. Slowly, the vast power that Ollie Williams had amassed was eroding away. However, as our previous supporters were leaving, we gained new supporters. Eventually our presence in the Senate was leveling out at about 29 percent. **Moral Majority (2614-2633)** Party Chairman: Ollie Williams (Deceased) Core Policy Thinkers: Caroline Czevachas (Deceased), Chad Czevachas (Deceased), and Jake Goodloe (Deceased) The Moral Majority believed in GOD, and GOD\'s right to tell us what to do. He told us that we could rape the earth, and that\'s what the people wanted to do. We believed in hardcore militarism, and desperately tried to restore morality to our liberalized country. After the suicide of Ollie Williams, the Moral Majority rapidly moved toward the center. A power struggle in the party resulted in Jennie Hoaum, an inexperienced, unknown politician, becoming the party chairwoman. Shortly after Hoaum accepted the position, the hardcore conservative leaders committed group suicide. Their beliefs died with them. |

Random quote: "Civil disobedience. . . is not our problem. Our problem is civil obedience. Our problem is that numbers of people all over the world have obeyed the dictates of the leaders of their government and have gone to war, and millions have been killed because of this obedience. . Our problem is that people are obedient all over the world in the face of poverty and starvation and stupidity, and war, and cruelty. Our problem is that people are obedient while the jails are full of petty thieves, and all the while the grand thieves are running the country. That's our problem." - Howard Zinn |
