This treaty and set of standards, officially known as the Official Diplomatic Treaty of the Republic of Valruzia, have been created to deal with matters of security and cooperation between Valruzia and its allies throughout the Terra. Article I - The signatory nations shall permit Valruzia to establish an official embassy and appoint an ambassador to each signatory nation (and vice-versa); Article II - Signatories of this treaty shall permit Valruzia to establish a consulate and appoint a consul in the city of their choice (and vice-versa); Article III - Signatories of this treaty shall do whatever possible to protect and ensure that diplomatic bodies represented in their nations are protected, and in case of impossibilty, they shall inform the diplomatic bodies of immediate or previsible danger; Article IV - The signatory nations shall commit to solve issues with Valruzia through diplomacy and political discussion.
