| The 2nd Great Democratic Republic of Lodamun and the Federal Union of Gaduridos have reached a consensus and are signing an agreement on: THE FORMATION OF A TRAFFIC SEPARATION SCHEME THROUGH GADURIDOS' EEZ of shipping from and towards the port of Newport Haven (Lodamun) The signatories agree that: 1. The Federal Union of Gaduridos will establish a TSS between the isle of Marligantos and Vintalli Island; 2. The Federal Union of Gaduridos preserves the right to claim a reasonable fee to all ships passing the prescribed area; 3. The Federal Union of Gaduridos preserves the right to deny access to the TSS or the straight to any vessel they consider hostile; 4. The Federal Union of Gaduridos commits in assuring safe passage to any ship coming from or bound for the port of Newport Haven, as long as these ships are in compliance with points 2. and 3. mentioned above; 5. If necessary, the 2nd Great Democratic Republic of Lodamun commits itself to help the Federal Union of Gaduridos fulfilling the tasks mentioned in point 4.; 6. Any nation signing this treaty will be granted safe passage from and to Newport Haven through the TSS mentioned, as long as they are in compliance with points 2. and 3. |
