Mordusia - Deltaria Trade Agreement on Bauxite and Zinc

| This agreement by and between the Commonwealth of Mordusia and Deltarianska rise will be in effect upon ratification by the parties hereto. The agreement shall consist of the following provisions: 1. Bauxite Purchase. The Commonwealth of Mordusia shall sell to Deltarianska rise 100 thousand (100,000) metric tonnes of bauxite per annum at market price to be determined as of the date of delivery. 2. Zinc Purchase. The Commonwealth of Mordusia shall sell to Deltarianska rise 10 thousand (10,000) metric tonnes of zinc per annum at market price to be determined as of the date of delivery. 3. Withdrawal: Should either the Commonwealth of Mordusia or Deltarianska rise decide to withdraw from this treaty, six (6) months notice shall be given by the withdrawing party. All transactions completed prior to such notice shall be considered valid and continue in effect. |
