Davostag-Kivonia and Hutori Treaty on Trade and Transport

This treaty aim at improving traed and transporation between the nation of Davostag-Kivonia and the nation of Hutori

LIMITATION OF THE TREATY
Article 1) This treaty and its provisions shall only be applicable to the two nations that it directly concern. Namingly Hutori and Davostag-Kivonia.
Article 2) The ratification of any other nation other than the two nations directly concern by this treaty shall be considered void.
ACTIVATION OF THE TREATY
Article 3) This treaty and all its provisions will only become legally binding when both Hutori and Davostag-Kivonia will have ratify it
Article 4) This treaty and all its provision shall become void as soon as one or both Hutori and Davostag-Kivonia withdraw from it
FREE PASSAGE OF PEOPLE
Article 5) Both Hutori and Davostag-Kivonia shall commit to not do not do anything to impede upon the circulation of people between the two nations apart from basic measure to ensure security and respect of the law
FREE PASSAGE OF GOODS
Article 6) Both Hutori and Davostag-Kivonia shall commit to not do not do anything to impede upon the free circulation of goods between the two nations apart from basic measure to ensure security and respect of the law
CONSTRUCTION OF TRANSPORT INFRASTRUCTURE
Article 7) Both Hutori and Davostag-Kivonia shall commit to build the following infrastructure:
-A railroad connecting the city of Kincardine to the city of Fladborg passing throught the city Langdon, the city of Carter City, the city St. John, the city of Svalvik, the city of Ballenhus and the city of Tårnbæk
- A railroad connecting the city of Port Prosperity to the city of Kivonia passing throught the city of Acton, he city of Axminster, the city of Bekenial, the city Glentingham, the city of Knivby, the city of Söderborg and the city of Vermillion
-A railroad connecting the city of Dalry to the city of Kivonia passing throught the city of Aylesbury, the city of Metallikberg and the city of Sankt Christiansberg
Article 8) Both Hutori and Davostag-Kivonia will each pay for 50% of the cost of construction of all infrastructures mentionned in the article 7
Article 9) Both Hutori and Davostag-Kivonia will each pay for 50% of the cost of the maintenance of all infrastructures mentionned in the article 7
HUTORI/DAVOSTAG-KIVONIA TRANSPORT CORPORATION
Article 10) A new international organization shall be created call the ‘’Hutori/Davostag-Kivonia Transport Corporation’’
Article 11) The Hutori/Davostag-Kivonia Transport Corporation shall be in charge of the construction, maintenance, magement and overseing of all infrastructure mentioned in the article 7
Article 12) the Hutori/Davostag-Kivonia Transport Corporation shall be manage by an executive board compose of 3 members nominated by the governement of Hutori and 3 members nominated by Davostag-Kivonia
