This bill reforms national health issues including the legality of smoking, tobbaco, and alcohol. It bans smoking in all places except outdoors and in private homes or clubs. This measure also prevents underaged minors from purchasing tobbaco. In addition, alcoholic beverages can only be purchased by adults and can only be sold by liscensed vendors. This proposal allows the govenment to enforce health and safety laws in all industries, which protects workers from dangerous conditions. Finally, anyone is allowed to purchase food, but shelf-lives are enforced. This law prevents spoiled food from being purchased by consumers. |
