However, funding shall be arranged and supplied by the parliament. This establishes a public broadcaster within the nation, able to freely operate with as little political or market manipulation as possible. |

Message | This is an excellent bill. For a real life example, in the United States there is a TV station and Internet Provider called C-Span. This network was established by Senator Roberty Byrd of West Virginia. Now American citizens can watch what their public servants do 24 hours a day and learn what they are doing. |
