| The Council is currently divided right now on the way we should handle the Solentia-Watuni situation, so I am going to repropose this to the council. I ask that you think carefully before you vote, with the division within the council, it doesnt seem as though war is going to happen |

| Message | It would be nice if there were an option for "The government gives moderate aid to Wantuni" or something. Oh, hey, we should make a treaty along those lines. We could support such a treaty. Perhaps add a clause to this bill saying that the government gives moderate aid to countries in need, but only when a specific country is approved by the Council and an aid treaty is formed? |
