WHEREAS the process of software is lengthy and often costly for business. RECOGNISING that software, and related computer techniques need to be protected so that they enjoy the same protection that other forms of media has. ADMITTING that this will bolster the support of the IT Industry in Ikradon . CREATING the freedom for software developers to choose themselves whether they want to create open source software or not. WITH RESPECT TO the Berne convention, an international standard protecting the rights of “Literary and Artistic” works. THEREFORE copyright protection for software designs, techniques, formulae and algorithms may be at the discretion of the creator patentable. |
