MessageWhy is Article 7 of concern? Why is Article 1 of major concern? The U.D.J. is making a law that helps specify child labor laws, correct? Then what's the problem here? We are against third world child labor, but support letting minors work. This outlaws the basic child labor. With your child bill you specify the situations in which child labor is allowed. This forces the government to ensure that strict laws are put in place to make sure minor's rights aren't abused and at the same time makes the government take steps to allow them to earn money under protective working regulations. What's wrong with that?

And, it is important that the Justice Department can use letters if they have a good cause for it. What if a letter says a person's going to bomb a building or have threats with Anthrax? Do you propose that the government shouldn't be able to protect the rights of the majority of its people just so it can protect the rights of a small minority that will harm the rest of the people? The L.D.P. is for civil rights and liberties, but we are against laws that hurts others rights because some laws are excessively free to the point of danger.

MessageFirst off, when I wrote that, article 7 was the prostitution bill(now it is article 10) I have told you my position on this before.(I fully agree with new one)

Now with article one. This bill is forbiding child labor. My resolution wont mean anything if with article one in its current state.

MessageYour Resolution will be a coding law that overlapses the set law. The Supreme Council set a standard stating no child labor. However, if your bill is passed then it overrides the law by placing heavy restrictions and regulations. The law base will still be active but your resolution will be empowered in the situations it lists. Furthermore, if you emplace coding into your resolution stating that, then it verifies this to the point of legal enaction.

MessageAs for Prostitution, we do not understand your reasoning. We had made a perfectly clear argument stating why it is more preferable to allow the local governments to handle this situation. If you rule out support for this bill based on a flimsy argument then that's what your party believes in but we cannot think very highly of that.
