Message | This bill has been previously discussed in this house, and was only revoked in the period of temporary chaos following the collapse of the previous government. We feel the old law deserves to be restored. |

Message | In a country with some of the world's highest unemployment rates, there are tremendous economic rpssures for young, vulnerable women to be forced into a life of prostiution. We would not condemn those women for this act of desperate survival. What we would condemn is a society so blind to the challenge of poverty that it will allow prostitution to flourish. This is not a civil right issue, it is an issue of economic poverty. |

Message | Since pimps are illegal in Beluzia who is going to force these women (or men) into becoming prostitutes? Economic pressures perhaps, however it is highly unlikely and no more likely to happen than in any other profession. Besides many decide upon this profession for themselves. @TSP why is 16 a little young? |

Message | I thank the Neo-Marxist revolutionary Party for restating an excellent argument for this bill. We would support any initiative to support the lives of legal prostitutes, provided they pay taxes like the rest of us. |

Random fact: Players have a responsibility to differentiate between OOC (out-of-character) and IC (in-character) behaviour, and to make clear when they are communicating in OOC or IC terms. Since Particracy is a role-playing game, IC excesses are generally fine, but OOC attacks are not. However, players must not presume this convention permits them to harass a player with IC remarks that have a clear OOC context. |
