RECOGNISING the importance of contraception in controlling population growth, as well as the importance of condoms in the controlling sexually transmitted diseases, the parliament of Ikradon RESOLVES to supply condoms free of charge in pharmacies and public toilets, while COMITTING itself to campaigns increasing public awareness of sexually transmitted diseases and the importance of condoms in preventing them. |
