Far to much confusion, this would make things ALOT easier, and better. Now the people get more democracy because they invest powers in one body and allow more to get done. Now we can actually know who controls what instead of bickering. This is great IC and OOC, please let us pass this bill....please...we are begging you, we need to do this for the sake of our sanity.

MessageOpposed. We have always worked it before that the PM controls internal issues and the HoS controls external issues and works with the foreign ministry.
For one thing there never was any bickering, certainly not to this current scale before in Beluzia. And another if you want to change this you'll have to alter how cabinets are elected.
