Bill: Electoral Platform 2590: Justice and Liberties
Details
Submitted by[?]: Kirlawan National Party (Leftists)
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: November 2589
Description[?]:
Our platform on justice and civil liberties for the upcoming election. We believe the justice system was made to provide justice for the victim of a crime. We believe that stopping crime is more important than the petty liberties of a criminal, and that if people have to fingerprint some glass when they are born, then that is perfectly ok if it helps catch the murderer of a loved one. They would want his fingerprints on record, wouldn't they? And some crimes are so heinous that they deserve death, so that the victim knows, and society knows, that this disgusting man will never, ever come back. With DNA evidence from our new, expanded DNA database, there will be no errors of justice. We will know we have the right man. Coming to our country illegally, and then mooching off it, is totally unnactable, and the DSP will not accept it. We shall remove all immigrants who choose to disobey our laws. A DSP government will get tough on crime, and help the victim, not the criminal. |
