ASSURING that the right to assemble is one of the fundamental rights of human beings, while COMMITTED to keep Ikradon a free, democratic nation, the parliament of Ikradon hereby GRANTS all citizens the right to assemble in groups without interference from the police, unless the group is engaged in actions that are against the law. |

Message | We find the text of the bill contradictory given the present restrictions that, "The police may disperse a group if they believe it poses a potential risk to public safety." I find this a most disturbing contradiction, and an unfortuante one as well should this bill make it to the floor for voting. The PEP would be forced to abstain. |
