MessageWe strongly support article 3 of this legislation, but we believe some measure of education should be compulsory, we do not believe in an entirely privatized and un-subsidised education system, and we believe that discipline levels in schools should remain a matter for local governments as in the status quo.
If article 3 were to be in a legislation of its own, we would strongly support.
