MessageWe feel this is against competition, if all providers have to provide the same price for exactly the same service there is no way to differentiate each company and thus it will kill the spirit of competition. This bill also guarantees that phone services may deteriorate and the price may increase for the services as the market will not be able to fairly govern prices any longer.

MessageThe main hypothesis here is that market is not so efficient as you think it is. There can be a monopoly or cartell of one or more provider companies, and they can regulate their prices as they think it's apropriate: which is always for their profit. Consumers must be protected.
