Couple of years ago, we had intensive cooperation with Delvar. It did not continue. Aloria ceased their cooperation with us, because of their internal reasons. Dundorf wanted to sign agreement of friendship with us, but PCP did not support the treaty. ALso, it must be mentioned that past government of PCP and NLP did nothng, absolutely nothing, to restore good relations between Rutania and this countries. We also established Conference on Security in Artania, with Aloria and Dundorf as members, but no meeting was held unfortunately. | Message | As the Master implied, we must make friends with our enemies so that we may avoid two conflicts and having to dig two graves. But yes, I would support the troops to be garrisoned at Delvar. Delvar has the highest population of Asiatic people and the Confucian league can moblize young Asiatic males of legal age in Delvar to join the Rutanian military and provide support for the Garrison. There are many Asiatic Rutanians who are enrolled in the Reserve Officer Training corps in universities, the Confucian league will also moblize such students to help out with the war effort.
