| The Rutanian Democratic Forum propose to adjust the government's spending budget to better address the economic and social situation of the Commonwealth of Rutania. "We think that passage of this bill is very urgent. Our budget deficit was in one moment over 14 billions RUt. After passage of New Tax Act, this was reduced to 9 billions RUT. Now we propose cutting defence budget for this 9 billions RUT. After this cutting, a total net increase of defence budget (relative to last year) is 7 billions RUT, we think it's relatively enough for our current defence situation. The passage of this bill is urgent, because we risk high inflation and financial and fiscal pressure on our citizens now and in the future."
