| Congressmen and women, I'm here to propose this bill in front of Congress by the Imperium Party. This bill requires all local police departments to close down, and at the end we are left with one, national police department; the Rutanian National Police Force. We are then able to concertrate all funding into one police force instead of many. And right now our national police is the most well-equipped police force in the country thanks to government funding. For those who have lost their jobs they are still able to enrole to the RNPF, I'll inform the national police board to open recruitment days in numerous centers around the nation.
