| This resolution calls for the approval to deploy our \\\"Pilotwings\\\" Offshore Airbase and Fortress 1. Pilotwings is a manmade Island which will act as a strategical fortress and an airbase for Rutanian fighter-bombers and attack aircraft. 2. It is a moving manmade Island, propelled by a salt-water hydroelectric generator and a clean water propulsion system. 3. Pilotwings can carry a capacity of 50 inactive aircraft and 20 active aircraft, 5,000 Marine infantry 4. The fortress shall act as an important strategical defense platform against the NWO if war were to turn hot. 5. The Pilotwings Airbase will be known as \"Albert\" it will be one of the four strategical airbases against the impending NWO threat. other airbases: Base \"Tony\" Base \"Shirley\" Base \"Lance\" |

The Tony, Shirley and Albert Bases would make excellent bases to train airborne infantrymen. The Lance and Albert Bases are ideal in training Airborne Spec Ops infantry (with hang gliders) And all the bases would used to train aircraft pilots. (OOC: if you\'ve noticed, those airbases are based off the levels from Pilotwings for Super Nintendo) |

| Message | To put it in a more simplified terms, Pilotwings or \"the Albert Base\" is a giant fortified aircraft carrier, Albert shall be the techological marvel of the Rutanian military: -Clean, low-polluting propulsion system -A high aircraft carrying capacity for fighters, multirole fighter-bombers, ground attack planes, helicopters. -Can serve as a forward base for our Marine Corp infantry at sea -It is fortified with thick concrete and titanium walls, protected by SAMs, and anti-ship artillery missiles and torpedos. After the war dies down, we will probably sell the pilotwings seabase fortress to a private company so they can use it to train airline pilots or maybe sell it to a research firm so they can do martime research. Or maybe we can turn it over to Navy and Coast Guard use to protect our waters from Beluzian pirates. We will only build one of these, this was a very expensive military project to undertake. It was kept a secret for a long time too. |
