Since our families first arrived here under the reign Aleksandr I in the early 2500’s we the Hulstrian People of Trigunia have seen massive changes in government and suffered under the regimes of Communists and Republicans alike. Now the last Republican Government has crumbled and we have been left to pick up the pieces. So we feel that it is now our moral duty to rebuild Trigunia with the help and support of our Slavic brothers and bring it back onto the world stage. We seek not to become a colony Hulstria, nor do we seek to remove the Slavic culture of Trigunia. Instead we seek bring our Hulstrian Culture on to the national political stage, and establish a new order by fusing parts of Hulstrian and Slavic culture.

We call for the reestablishment of the Grand Duchy of Trigunia, in our tongue das \"Großfürstentum Trigunien\" in Trigunian, \"Velikoe Knyazhestvo Trigunovskoe\". We also called for the coronation of Emperor Heinrich I of Hulstria, Luthor, and Alduria as Grand Duke/Großfürst/Velikiy Knyazy of Trigunia. We seek only personal union with Hulstria and when the thrones are split, Leopold, Crown Prince of Hulstria will inheirate the Trigunian throne. We do these things based on the precedence set by the coronation of Harry I of Hutori as Tsar, but under the belief that as the House of Rothingren-Traugott has shown to be a much more benevolent and loyal House to its peoples then the House of Waffles was. Further should it ever be deemed needed, we concede to a division of the Hulstrian and Trigunian Thrones, so long as Trigunia remains under the House of Rothingren-Traugott ie. a cadet branch. We have already begun construction of a glorious new capital city, Heinrichsgrad, that will serve this new government. From Heinrichsgrad, the Royal Duma under the guidance of the Minister of State, will govern in the name of His Highness and in the name of people for the betterment of all Trigunia.
