Tenno edit 1: DP is excluded from cabinet due to exclusion law. Proof stems from their nation message at 15:04:53, November 21, 2008 CET.

Tenno edit 2: DSP received the seat instead of CP because of DSP's higher popular vote in the last election (http://classic.particracy.net/viewnews.php?newsid=192183)

I wish this cabinet the best of luck, working together for the betterment of Sekowo.

MessageMayhap we should create an emergency cabinet amendment allowing for parties to be excluded in situation like this.

MessageWell, everyone is abstain at different times. To be precise ... three parties over four different times.

Not quite sure what you want to do with this. Set a limit to the number of cabinet proposals a Tenno must make under the law and then after that, the Tenno does as (s)he wishes with the cabinet proposal?

Not sure how you want to give more power to the Tenno while still being fair. But it's a valid discussion point.

MessageI was thinking of just adding to the abstention amendment.

Say if, over a period of three consecutive cabinet proposals they fail do to abstains an emergency cabinet may be formed proportionally from the active and/or only abstaining in the first cabinet parties.

MessageThat would render abstain blocks useless then.
