These messages have been posted to debate on this bill:
Date | 19:15:12, December 03, 2008 CET | From | Free Radical Party | To | Debating the Budget proposal of March 2675 |
Message | Everything was cut by 10% except education which was cut by 5%. Environment and Tourism, Foreign Affairs and Justice, and Head of government all stayed the same. We feel this is a better budget than the one already proposed. |
Date | 00:32:52, December 04, 2008 CET | From | Minarchist Party | To | Debating the Budget proposal of March 2675 |
Message | I can't support defence being cut, nor justice and foreign affairs having lower budgets than other departments. OOC: I rather dislike how the game has made them arbitrary numbers too. |
Date | 09:40:21, December 04, 2008 CET | From | Imperial Democratic Coalition | To | Debating the Budget proposal of March 2675 |
Message | Why the hell does finance need a 25 billion SEN budget? I didn't realise so many government services were run through the treasury. |
Date | 09:41:45, December 04, 2008 CET | From | Imperial Democratic Coalition | To | Debating the Budget proposal of March 2675 |
Message | Also, we don't see why foreign affairs, arguably the least important ministry, should be exempt from cuts while vital state departments such as Defence & Health are forced to. |
Date | 09:43:32, December 04, 2008 CET | From | Minarchist Party | To | Debating the Budget proposal of March 2675 |
Message | Diplomacy is quite important and should be increased. And Health is hardly a vital state department. |
