This government cannot claim the undeclared consent of the citizen in death - only the individual has the right to consent to an act on their person. Organ donation at death cannot be compulsory, as it violates the body of the citizen. While it is a patriotic duty, only with the citizen's consent can their organs be used to aid their brothers and sisters in the nation. |
