Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

[OOC: I didn't know there was a debate phase for cabinet proposals, as ITC has always brought these straight to voting. I would have put this up before for debate earlier had I known about this, isntead of negotiating completely in secrecy.]

MessageI fail to see how excluding a party with so radically different political views from the other parties in the cabinet is 'undemocratic'. At the moment, I doubt our parties could collaborate in a satisfactory manner.

[OOC: And seriously, in real-life politics... the second-largest party is usually the odd man out in cabinet formation. The largest party will ally with the third-largest party.]
