Read the part where it says: "The Director of the NBI shall be appointed by the President and confirmed by a majority of votes present in Parliament. The Director shall serve for a term of 15 years and cannot be removed unless by impeachment by Parliament. A person can only serve for a maximum of 2 terms consecutive or not."

Read the part where it says: "The Director of the CIOA shall be appointed by the President and confirmed by a majority of votes present in Parliament. The Director shall serve for a term of 15 years and cannot be removed unless by impeachment by Parliament. A person can only serve for a maximum of 2 terms consecutive or not. The Director reports to the National Security Advisor; however, only the President can issue orders to him/her."
