Prime Minister Samara Jakobs has broken the National Election Law, by running for and winning the presidency. Therefore, the following will come into effect:

1. Immeadiate removal from office for Samara Jakobs (will still remain the PM)
2. Early elections ASAP
3. This motion for impeachment must be passed with 2/3 vote in order for it to come into effect
