MessageLet it be shown that the articles of the treaty give so many proposals that could be used and not limiting us to one or two. So I don't see the argument of it's stopping us from changing policies espieclly when it has local government controls it policy in the articles. So I'm going to vote no. I'm not a huge tree hugger but the policies we have in place currently are not radical of protecting the environment nor are they hurting the econonmy.
