| The Dignitatis Exercitui Party presents for itself, and others, A BILL To reassert oil for the Likatonian citizens and authorize the use of force in attaining this oil. WHEREAS the nations of Kafuristan, Al'Badara and Luthori have placed an oil embargo on Likatonia WHEREAS these nations are the foremost provider of oil to the nation of Likatonia WHEREAS our economy depends on oil, and will take drastic dives without it, resulting in the loss of thousands of jobs WHEREAS no diplomacy has worked with these nations SECTION 1. AUTHORIZATION OF FORCE (A) The Federal Republic of Likatonia authorizes the Dignitatis Exercitui Police Force and the Armed Forces of Likatonia to use any force necessary against vessels of this nature to seize the vessel and bring oil to our nation. (B) The Federal Republic of Likatonia authorizes a planned invasion on the oil fields of these nations to secure oil that is desperatedly needed (C) The Federal Republic of Likatonia extends these provisions until three years from now, when the operation will be re-examined SECTION 2. MILITARY STRENGTH (A) The Federal Republic of Likatonia will allow the use of 400 000 LAF troops, including 20 LNF war vessels and 110 LAAF armed aircraft to secure the stated objectives in this Act. (B) The DEPF is allowed to organise its own strength and allocate personel with which the situation demands, so long as there are aduaquate personel to maintain the security of the Federal Republic of Likatonia and its citizens. SECTION 3. ECONOMIC SANCTIONS (A) The Federal Republic of Likatonia will now put in place economic sanctions against the nations of Kafuristan, Al'Badara and Luthori. Any vessel of these nations that is spotted will be detained at once, or sunk. (B) Diplomats in these nations are now ordered to imediate vacate the embassies, as the militaries of these nations have not before stopped at attacking our civilians and diplomats in embassies. SECTION 4. DECLARATION OF WAR (A) The Federal Republic of Likatonia hereby states a conflict of war with the Nation of Kafuristan. (B) The Federal Republic of Likatonia hereby states a conflict of war with the Nation of Luthori (C) The Federal Republic of Likatonia hereby states a conflict of war with the Nation of Al'Badara SECTION 5. ENACTMENT (A) This bill is to be enacted as soon as it passes legislation. |
