Description[?]:

UNDERSTANDING the need for an artist or a developer of technology to be identified as the author of their creations, while

COMMITTING itself to freedom of utilising work of other people in new creations,

the parliament of Ikradon decides that from now on, works of technology and arts enjoy only limited copyright protection, according to the following guidelines:

1) No piece of art or technology may be exactly replicated without a license and/or fees paid to the creator of the original piece.

2) Parts of existing pieces of art or technology may be freely incorporated into new designs. However, if 50% or more of the new piece is copied from an existing piece, the limitations of clause 1 apply.

3) This law only applies to pieces of technology or art created in the state of Ikradon.
