| Our ally, Kafuristan, is under threat of invasion by the militant rogue state of Badara. It is our duty to fulfil our treaty obligations towards Kafuristan and respond to this threat, by force if necessary. Therefore, I, as President of Zardugal, propose to: 1) begin conscription, 2) declare a state of emergency, 3) put the military on the highest state of readiness, 4) suspend diplomatic relations with Badara, and 5) grant the President the power to declare war against Badara if it attacks Kafuristan. Again, in this time of crisis, it is necessary to put away religion and abortion and all our petty squabbles and rally to defend our ally against the aggression of a rogue state led by radicals and terrorists.
