| In reaction to the coup commited against the democratically elected President of the Republic of Kafuristan, Grand Ayatholla Yasir ibn Noor al-Hakim, by the Black Scorpion Alliance and the Hosian Democratic Party, the Governors of Pabeus, Jerze'har and Nekkah in cooperation with the ousted President and the Ba'ath Party have decided to declare their independence from the Republic of Kafuristan by forming the Revolutionary Abadi Republic of North Kafuristan. The newly formed state will be lead by the Revolutionary Council of Guardians headed by Grand Ayatholla Yasir ibn Noor al-Hakim. - Replacing the Government of Kafuristan with the Revolutionary Council of Guardians headed by Grand Ayatholla Yasir ibn Noor al-Hakim in the regions of Pabeus, Jerze'har and Nekkah. - Replacing the Armed Forces of Kafuristan and local law enforcement agencies with the Army of the Guardians of the Abadi Revolution supported by local and party militia, including the al-Hashem's Martyrs Brigades, Abadi Fighting Group in Kafuristan and the Abadi Struggle Movement, in the regions of Pabeus, Jerze'har and Nekkah - Declaring martial law in the regions of Pabeus, Jerze'har and Nekkah. - Declaring the Black Scorpion Alliance and the Hosian Democratic Party illegal in the Revolutionary Abadi Republic of North Kafuristan - Granting Increased autonomy for Asli dominated area's in the Revolutionary Abadi Republic of North Kafuristan. - imposing Abadi religious laws in the regions of Pabeus, Jerze'har and Nekkah. - Establishing Abadi religious courts in the regions of Pabeus, Jerze'har and Nekkah.
