MessageDoes Article 6 have to be included in the bill? We'd support it without that one, but we'll vote in favour anyway.

MessageWe see no reason to create a public healthcare system if the current system is already subsidised for those that need it. Competition reduces costs for everyone involved. Also, the devolution of control over abortions simply means that those that want an abortion but cannot have one will simply go over the state borders. The government must also enforce vaccinations; otherwise it is a dangerous threat to public health.

Random fact: In order for a Cabinet bill to pass, more than half of the legislature must vote for it and all of the parties included in the proposed Cabinet must support it. If your nation has a Head of State who is also the Head of Government, then the party controlling this character must also vote for the bill, since the Head of Government is also a member of the Cabinet. If any of these requirements are not met, the bill will not pass.
