MessageMadam Speaker,

we disagree whole-heartedly with all articles in this bill, but should the following phrase used in the bill description reflect the Green's official stance, we are not sure whether we could country governing together with them:

"Welsh is the primary language of Dranland with Dranianos, other lower languages use for official stuff is strictly banned."

This is unacceptable. We will never support eradicating cultural norms of minority communities.

(Madam Speaker, Kyo is not a "lower language")

I am disappointed that the so-called "Green Progressives" are proposing such an arrogant and insensitive Bill before Parliament. This action will do nothing to improve community relations in Dranland.

It was proposed by an unruly MP but because of the attitude of GMD towards,Welsh Ministers, we voted for it as a protest

This bill obviously fail, and that is why we voted for it and we chose our cabinet candidates based on national interest not on race, this is absurd and hypocritical of GMD.

MessageMr Speaker,

So, let me get this straight. The greens don't support the contents of this bill, but they are voting for it anyway as a 'protest vote', without caring to tell parliament what they are protesting against. This bill calls into question the Greens' ability to continue governing.

MessageMadam Speaker, I share the concerns expressed by the GNP and the PP about whether the Greens are fit to govern. How can we treat them seriously when they have told the majority of Dranish citizens that their first language is a "lower language"? For obvious reasons, this is an incredibly divisive Bill.

MessageMadame Speaker.. *ahem*...

This is a very.. *ahem*.. "interesting" proposal. The Werin Da does not exactly support every single proposal, especially not when it comes to the form of government, the banning of Kyo or Kazulian language, or all of the symbols suggested.

We do however.. hmm... appreciate the suggestion to... introduce more interesting terms for government offices. For to long has Dranland had the characteristics of a boring generic republic, with a "President" and a "Prime Minister", ruling over a "Parliament". This is not worthy of our great and sacred realm. We need a serious discussion on government titles and how to handle the various cultural communities that constitutes our nation. For this reason, we will.. hmm.. "symbolically" support this bill.

Tanist of the Werin Da

OOC: Remember though, that the Welsh people has recently been renamed Draddwyr, so for the next time, call it "Gweriniaeth Draddeg", not Cymru.

MessageMr. Speaker, I am puzzled why the Greens are theoretically opposed to this Bill whilst practically in favour of it, whilst Werin Da are practically opposed to it whilst "symbolically" and actually in favour of it. I regret to say this, but I fear the actions of Werin Da and the Green Progressives will entrench an unfortunate stereotype that the Welsh are fickle and untrustworthy.

MessageMr Speaker,

We support this bill symbolically to reward an interesting and thoughtful proposal concerning a very pressing issue - the blandness of Dranland's political system. Racists who judge entire ethnic groups after a few individuals are not people whose opinions we consider before deciding how to cast our votes in parliament.

MessageMr. Speaker, to give just one example, to change the name of the nation to suggest it represents only the Draddwyr would be highly divisive and inappropriate in Dranland. We have sizeable Dranianos, Kyo and Kazulian communities here too. We all need to feel included - but this Bill offers nothing but a sense of exclusion.

MessageMr. Speaker, that would be a drastic move. The Werin Da has discussed the idea of splitting the country on cultural lines before, turning it to some sort of confederation.
