Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

De venstregrønne is concerned at the rise in puritanical attitudes towards sex and nudity and would like to roll back some of the changes that have recently been made to our laws. We will put the three proposals to a vote separately in the hope that at least some will pass. |

Message | Mr Speaker, I do not know why the DVG wishes to expose children to sexually explicit material. Have sexual perverts taken over in the DVG and maybe LD and are trying to seduce our children by exposing them to filth? Let us protect our kids by opposing this perverted act. Sverre Foss FKP Member OOC: This guy is a hard hitter (as some may remember) so don't take it personally. |
Date | 22:10:24, July 04, 2013 CET | From | De venstregrønne | To | Debating the Against Puritanism Act (part 1) |
Message | De venstregrønne is clear in its opposition to hardcore pornography and other demaning or violent sexual content as Mr Foss should well know. However my party believes the banning of all sexual content from television to be puritanical nonsence when sexuality is a natural and healthy part of people's lives. If we want to challenge the damaging messages of the porn industry then it is foolish to make it impossible to show any positive or healthy depictions of human sexuality on our television channels. Message | Mr Speaker Sverre thinks everybody has to be like he and his bitch, perverted but he and his bitch needs to understand that not everybody is like them. We demand an explanation from FKP leadership. Bergljot Losnedahl MP |
