Bill: Constitutional and Administrative Reform

Details

Submitted by[?]: Kaiserliche Nationale Partei

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill asks for an amendement to the Constitution. It will require two-thirds of the legislature to vote in favor. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: August 3519

Description[?]:

We are opening this forum to discuss what both parties want in the new official government of Dundorf. This forum will be followed by the creation of a draft bill to include those proposals.

The KNP sends these proposals (for the time being, at least):

I) Titles of Nobility are to be granted by the government, offer titles and minor political rights and are hereditary, but have no direct control over people or territory

II) Allowing every party to propose a cabinet

III) Preferably a new anthem and/or flag to represent this change in the Nation

As well, in accordance with the Dual-Party nature of this government, we will cast our support for the NKRP's candidate for Kaiser so long as the cabinet positions as outlined in the Cabinet Bill of 3518 are maintained.

Message1. Can we use an old anthem from the days when Dundorf had a monarch (the very old days). 2. Can we stop allowing paramilitaries in Dundorf? 3. http://marshall.csu.edu.au/Marshalls/html/ONeill/Likiep/GermanFlag.gif (flag for Dundorf)

MessageWhy not combine the two flags? The Cross-design of the latter one with the Adler imprinted on the offcenter circle? (Since the Adler IS the official animal)

As for paramilitaries, we would prefer if they were not recognized as official by the government, but allowed to exist.

Which anthem is that one again? Heil Dir im Siegerkranz?

MessageAddendum: I was thinking of something similar to this flag (though obviously not exactly the same as it)

Random fact: By default the head of government is the ultimate authority within a national government. In general terms, heads of government are expected to consult with cabinet colleagues (including those from other parties) before making significant decisions but they remain responsible for government action.
