| Members of the Parliament, Recognizing that Luthori plays a key role in Artanian and indeed world affairs, Recognizing that fascism can be an extreme danger when given power, And Recognizing that kindness and compassion given to a fellow nation is not only morally right but can sometimes be paid back tenfold,we do propose the following bill: Article 1: The Commonwealth of Rutania shall give 600 Million RUT in the form of food, medical equipment, and simple grants to be used as deemed fit by the Luthorian Government. I ask you as Rutanians, Artanians, and indeed Terrans,end this uprising here and now. Rutanian blood may be shed if this does not end.
