Message | ok, I will vote no, I agree to article 10, 8, 7, 5. And I can accept to some extend article 4 and 3, but the other articles are not acceptable. Article, 9 only the government should be allowed to sell drugs, to assure the buyer of the quality of their product, private organisation in this matter cannot be trusted or rarely can, 6 is not acceptable, we would accept all form of pornography with consenting adults for everyone, but a porno where only one adult is consenting and the other is being taken upon her or his will, that rape promotion, that cannot be accepted. article 2 is no to me Article 1, you say certain standart, what are talking about ? considering you gave us little time to time about, no surprised your big bill is reject, beside you put togheter plenty of law that has no link to one and another, we will believe they should form separate bills |

Message | OOC: Not too many more bills with loads of articles, please! They're awkward to vote on when you support some articles, but not others. |
Date | 02:18:21, July 29, 2014 CET | From | Progressive Workers of Gaduridos | To | Debating the Agenda 3704 |
Message | We support all articles except articles 2 and 6. We stick to the definition that child labour deprives children to their childhood and education, and not merely child employment. (OOC: considering that most nations in Terra bans child labour) As regards to pornography, the PWG cannot, in good conscience, vote to legalise child pornography. At where things stand now, we will be abstaining. However should the bill look to pass, we will be voting against to make sure that Gaduri children are protected. |

Random fact: In order for a Cabinet bill to pass, more than half of the legislature must vote for it and all of the parties included in the proposed Cabinet must support it. If your nation has a Head of State who is also the Head of Government, then the party controlling this character must also vote for the bill, since the Head of Government is also a member of the Cabinet. If any of these requirements are not met, the bill will not pass. |
