| Senor president, we believe wistleblowing to be a fondamental right, and so, we aim to create a court of objection, in which everyone, every public servant will be able to denonce a situation they judge unfit, unjust, cruel, inhumane, or inconstitutional, such as a public boss forcing his employe into sex if they want to keep their job. this is only one exemple, The following point will fondamnental 1 Wistleblowing is a right recognize by the federal union of Gaduridos 2 There shall 7 court of objection for the federal level, 3 for each local government and 1 for each cities, 3 all court of Wistleblowing will in the hand of indepedent judges 4 all courts of wistleblowing shall be impartial and neutral 5 the courts of wistleblowing, shall take all case and shall make no discrimination. 6 If the wistleblowing is judged to right about the unfair act of a boss, he shall be given a reward. 7 Wistleblowing courts will not judge moral acts if those are legals like sex in public place, or mariage between two woman, or even a brother and a sister, these acts concern society and moral. 8 All decision shall be taken by 5 judges 9 decision does not have to be uninamous, they need to be taken at a majority vote 10 people can appeal if the right ton appeal exist to a higher courts, 11 the Politics shall no decisions in the organisation of the court of wistleblowing. 12 The nation shall also recognize the right of people to disobey an immoral law 13 the courts will decide what constitute an immoral based on statement, an immoral law is a law that has no place in our country because it unfairly hurt the freedom, the liberty and the dignity of the Gaduridis. 14 If law are judged to be immoral, condamnation based on law are void 15 Everyone has the challenge the morality and the ligitimity of a law. this conclude the chart Hermaphrodite Zio Solares, Leader of the Dark-Light Communist Party |

| Message | Senor Presidente, We sympathise with the intentions behind this bill, and we certainly support protection for genuine whistleblowers, but we cannot support it because we are unsure about some of the details. For example, we are not sure about giving this "Court of Objection" the right to strike down laws it considers "immoral". That power could be abused.
