| Whereas Kostandian Bay is a large and diverse metropolitan, reflective of the diversity of Zardugal; Whereas this diversity extends to sexual diversity, including the vibrant Gaja Vilaĝo (Gay Village), home to many cultural, nightlife and social attractions; Whereas the Gaja Vilaĝo is home to a strong community and offers a safe space for sexual diversity and deserves representation in the municipality's toponymy; Resolved that the public square in Kostandian Bay's Gaja Vilaĝo be named Placo de la Ĉielarko (Rainbow Square). |
