| A major reform bill. Also will change Dorvik's name to Sowjetischen Großherzogtum Dorvik (Soviet Grand Duchy of Dorvik). The current State President will be made Grand Duke for a time, while the member states of the Jelbic Empire consider Dorvik joining as a vassal state. Assuming Dorvik becomes a vassal state of the Jelbic Empire, the Emperor of the Jelbic Empire will become Grand Duke. All powers of the State President (OOC: http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=368236) are to be transferred to first the Grand Duke and later to the Governor-General. |
