Message | The AFP was the sponsor of the originial bill.At the time we believed that in order to cut down on welfare, and health services,we should supply contraceptives,to keep our people STD free, and kids free as long as they liked. This legislation has worked and it has always worked. We will be voting to uphold the current law. Message | While we're not in favor of rampant sex, this is a difficult issue for us, as we're also not in favor of the entire country getting some form of deadly STD. Our vote will be delayed. |

Message | Mr Speaker, We overwhelmingly support this. Free contraceptives do not in practice protect people from STD:s. It teaches them bad behaviour - that they can sleep with whomever they want and take no consequences. The taxpayers have no obligation for other people's private amusements.
