| In the year 3799 of our Boh, Her Illustious Majesty Czarina Marazanna I passed away at the age of 74. Her illustrious 48 year rain was a time of peace and prospereity. We will never forget who was truly one of the greatest monarchs in Deltarian history. As per tradition, the late Czarina's firstborn son, Prince Jozef Volkov, will take the throne as Jozef I. The Czar-elect has openly stated that he will make way for the will of the people and shall not interfere with the DOF's plans. |
