| Mr Spreker, This budget provides tax cuts to people making between 10,000-15,000 SAD. This cut will hopefully help to increase consumer spending and boost the economy. We need to revitalize the economy with tax cuts and spending cuts. The lost revenue in this bill will be paid for by a minimal cut to our Defense budget.
