Bill: Curfew Redress Act
Details
Submitted by[?]: Liberale Zukunfts Partei
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: June 3858
Description[?]:
In keeping with Liberal Futures Policy, we seek further devolution to local government, this particular motion is of great importance to us. The decision to impose a curfew should never be a decision taken lightly, and the possible events that might lead to such a decision are likely to involve local emergencies with local consequences. Therefore it seems odd to allow the authority to rest in the hands of a centralized figure who may have little to no understanding of the impact of such a decision on local areas. Let us redress this oddity and pass this power into the hands of local officials. Mrs Ivy Robinson, Liberal Futures Party Leader |
